Join LBB Skin Wellness & Within Waratah Wellness for a nourishing retreat day designed to help you unwind, recharge and realign your body, mind and soul.

Amy and Heidi have developed this unique day with a blend of beauty, relaxation and mindfulness.

Your Day Retreat begins with 60min of Yoga in the garden followed by a light nutritious breakfast. We will then split into small pods to enjoy three wellness sessions, rotating through each session every 90 minutes.

    Take a moment for yourself and step into the Beauty Pod, a calming escape designed to nurture your body and help you glow from within. Begin with a warm, aromatic foot soak, followed by a gentle back exfoliation using our Skyendor Spa Senses range to polish and refresh the skin. Drift into deep relaxation with a soothing back massage to restore balance and ease. Your experience finishes with an LED light therapy facial, infusing the skin with hydration, leaving your complexion luminous, smooth and beautifully revived.

    In this earhty and mystical sacred space, time slows and the mind quietens. You'll experience an inward journey of deep rest, subconscious healing and intuitive reconnection. Through Heidi's gentle voice and therapeutic hypnosis, you'll travel beyond external noises and meet yourself in stillness. Stress disolves, breath deepens and the body reconnects with safety. This is where awareness meets restoration, where you reclaim your inner calm and reconnect to your natural rhythm of peace.

    Step into the serenity of our Holistic Garden and discover your private escape. Surrounded by nature's gentle whispers, this peaceful space invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. Imagine 60 unhurried minutes, allowing stillness to wash over you.
